Rutherglen West and Wardlawhill Church are participating this year in South Lanarkshire’s Doors Open Day.
Rutherglen West and Wardlawhill is located in the west end of Rutherglen Main Street. The building is listed, was built in 1849 and opened for worship in March 1850. It could be the olderst place of worship of any faith in Rutherglen. For Doors Open Days there will be people available to answer questions about the history of the church and building. Visitors are also very welcome to attend the morning service starting at 11am on Sunday 6th.
