The Heritage Bus Tour of Rutherglen is a bespoke tour of Rutherglen across the whole of Rutherglen from Farme Cross to Cathkin. Hop onboard a vintage Rutherglen bus to experience a tour of the history of Rutherglen.
Meeting point: outside Rutherglen Town Hall.
The bus will return to the starting point at the end of the tour.
Tours will take place on:
Saturday 20th June 2026 12pm-1pm
Saturday 27th June 2026 12pm-1pm
Please dress for the weather, stay hydrated and bring your SPF!
Please note that if you have booked an open-top bus tour, there are limited seats available on the upper level and we cannot guarantee you an open-air seat. In the event of bad weather or mechanical issues, the open-top bus may have to change to a closed top bus. Due to the age and design of the vintage buses they are not fully accessible. There will be a step provided but please get in touch if you have concerns or require additional support for access.
